Urgent update regarding UST and LUNA

Update: Since the time of this post, all trading (buying and selling) and has been been reenabled for LUNA, withdrawals have been reenabled for both LUNA and UST, and funding remains disabled for both.

We will continue to support UST and LUNA sells for as long as possible. However, our ability to support trading is contingent on our liquidity providers’ ongoing support of these crypto assets, and, it is possible that all trading (buys and sells) on UST and LUNA on Newton’s platform may need to be suspended soon. We will continue to monitor this situation closely and provide updates as often as possible to our users.

At time of writing, the Terra blockchain has been halted. As a result, no new transactions can be logged on the network. This is a developing situation which Newton will be monitoring closely. You can also follow Terra’s twitter for live updates.
